Return Policy 

ChuBuddy accepts returns for refunds within 15 days of shipping date of unused, packaged product in sellable condition. 

Please let us know reason of return. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

Chew Factor 3.0 Strong, 60-day, No-Chew-Thru Warranty 

ChuBuddy warrants its Chew Factor 3.0 Strong products only (does not cover Chew Factor 1 and 2 rated products) 

for a period of 60 days to be free of punctures, holes or broken off pieces. 

This warranty does not include normal wear and tear, discoloration, bending, dents and the like. 

ChuBuddy will replace the product and work with you to get the product right for your child (limit 3 times).

ChuBuddy uses the USPS first class or priority service depending upon package size, weight and our discretion. 

ChuBuddy is not responsible for quoted USPS delivery time estimates and post office delays.
